• Used Product Will not be refunded/exchanged
• For size exchange customer needs to ship their parcel to us with a written note of required articles ( After verification of its availability)
• We will dispatch new parcel with no extra shipping charges 
• This process will take 4-10 days

• For refund customer needs to courier their parcel to us( Charges will be paid by customer)
